A monthly report you can read while the coffee brews.
Not a forty-page dashboard export. What ran, what people actually responded to, what we're changing next month — including the months where the answer is that it was flat.
What you get
Reporting, in full.
What ran, and what it did
The month's posts with the numbers that matter next to them — reach, saves, shares, profile visits. Sorted by what performed, so the top of the page is the useful part.
The three things worth knowing
Every month has roughly three real findings and a lot of noise. The report leads with the findings. Everything else is available if you want it and absent if you don't.
What we're changing, and why
A specific plan for next month that follows from the numbers above it. If we're changing nothing, it says that and says why — a change made to look busy is worse than none.
The flat months, reported as flat
You can't fix a strategy you're being flattered about. If a month underperformed, the report opens with that rather than finding a metric that happened to rise.
How it works
Three steps, then it runs.
We measure what you can act on
Reach, saves, shares, profile visits, and enquiries. Follower count is reported because you'll look for it, but it is the least useful number on the page and we'll say so.
We write it in English
One page, written by the person who ran your month rather than generated. It takes about two minutes to read and assumes no marketing vocabulary.
It sets up the next batch
The report and the next month's plan are the same conversation. What worked gets more of the calendar; what didn't gets dropped rather than repeated with a new caption.
Which plan
Where this sits on the ladder.
Included on every tier. Lead attribution and a strategy session on top of the report start at the top tier, where there's usually paid spend to justify them.

The question we always get
Every agency says their reporting is different.
They do, and most of it is the platform's own export with a logo on it. The test is simple and you should apply it to us in month two: does the report tell you something you didn't know, and does next month's calendar visibly change because of it? If the answer is no twice in a row, the reporting is decoration and you should say so.
