Privacy policy

The short version

We collect the contact details you type into our forms so we can reply to you, and — if you buy a plan — the record of that purchase. Card details go to Stripe and never reach us. We don't sell your data. We do run the Meta Pixel, so our ads can be measured — that one does track you across sites, and it's described in full below. You can ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing website@neotierstudios.com. Everything below is the longer explanation of that.

Who we are

Neo Tier Studios ("we", "us") operates https://neotierstudios.com. We are the controller of the personal information described in this policy. For any privacy question, contact website@neotierstudios.com.

What we collect

• Information you give us. When you submit the inquiry form or answer the questions on our home page, we collect your name, business name, email address, and optionally your phone number, website or social handle, the plan you're considering, the platforms you're interested in, and whatever you write in the message field.
• If you book a call. Our booking page uses Cal.com, embedded from their servers. When you pick a time, the details you enter — name, email, and your answers to their form — are collected by Cal.com and shared with us so we can attend. Their embed may set its own cookies in your browser.
• If you buy a plan. Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details are entered on Stripe's own checkout page and never reach our servers. What we receive and store is the record of the purchase: your name, email, phone and business name as you gave them to Stripe, the plan bought, the amount, the currency, and Stripe's identifiers for your customer record and subscription. For a monthly plan we also store its status and the date the current period ends, so we know what is active.
• Information sent automatically. Our hosting provider records standard server logs, including IP address, browser type, and the pages requested, used for security and reliability. We also use Vercel Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without building a profile of you across sites.
• Advertising measurement. This site runs the Meta Pixel, which reports page views to Meta and, if you buy a plan, the fact and value of that purchase. It tells us which ads brought people here and lets Meta show ads to people like our customers. It sets cookies and it does track you across sites — that is what a pixel is for. Meta handles that data under its own policy; you can limit it in your Facebook and Instagram ad settings, or with any browser or extension that blocks trackers.
• Purchases reported from our server. Because tracker blockers stop the pixel reaching Meta from your browser, we also report completed purchases directly from our server. That message carries the amount, what was bought, and your email address and phone number in hashed form — scrambled one way so Meta can match you to an account it already has, and cannot read them as contact details. It describes the same purchase as the pixel, tagged so the two count once rather than twice.
• What we don't collect. We never see or store your card number, and we don't sell your information to anyone.

Why we use it

• To respond to your inquiry and schedule a call.
• To prepare a recommendation and, if you hire us, to deliver the service.
• To take payment, start your plan, and send you a receipt.
• To bill a monthly plan, tell you if a payment fails, and let you cancel or update your card.
• To keep records of our business communications.
• To protect the site against spam and abuse.

Where a legal basis is required: we rely on your consent when you submit a form, on performance of our contract with you for anything to do with a plan you've bought, on our legal obligation to keep financial records, and on our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries and securing this website. We do not add you to a marketing list from a form submission or a purchase.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers that run this site, and only so they can perform their function:

• Our website host and database provider, which store the site and your submission.
• Our email provider, which delivers notifications to us and, if you ask for a billing link, sends that link to you.
• Stripe, which processes payments and holds the card details we never see. Stripe is the controller of that payment data and handles it under its own privacy policy.
• Cal.com, which runs the booking page and receives what you enter there.
• Vercel Analytics, which counts page views without cookies or cross-site profiling.
• Meta, which receives the pixel events described above and uses them to measure and target advertising.

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our legal rights.

If you become a client

Delivering our service requires access to your social media accounts. We request that access through the platforms' own business tools — Meta Business Suite roles and equivalent native permissions. You remain the owner of every account, we never take ownership of your profiles or your audience data, and you can revoke our access at any time from within the platform. We access your accounts only to perform the work you've engaged us for.

How long we keep it

Inquiry submissions are retained for up to 24 months so we can follow up on conversations that didn't convert immediately, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Client records are retained for as long as the engagement lasts and for the period afterward required for tax and accounting purposes. Records of payments and subscriptions are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires, which is longer than the rest and is one thing we cannot delete on request.

Your rights

You can ask us to give you a copy of the information we hold about you, correct it if it's wrong, or delete it. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to object to or restrict certain processing, and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected and to request its deletion; we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA.

Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored with reputable providers. No system is perfectly secure, but we limit who can access submissions to the people who need to read them.

Children

This site is intended for businesses. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes

If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be noted on the site.
