The real problem
You’re not bad at this. You’re on the floor at 7pm.
Every restaurant owner knows they should be posting. Almost none of them have the hour between prep and close to shoot it, write it, and remember to put it up.
The last post was in March
Not because the food got worse. Because Tuesday got busy and then so did every Tuesday after it.
The nephew stopped replying
Cheap help works until it doesn't, and you found out in the middle of a holiday weekend.
The photos are all on your phone
Hundreds of them. None of them edited, none of them captioned, none of them posted.
An agency quoted four figures
For a strategy deck and a discovery phase, before anything was posted at all.
Day by day
What happens, and when it happens.
Two weeks, laid out in advance. You get the whole run before the first post goes up, so nothing about this is a surprise.

What it did
A plain-English snapshot of what ran, what people saved, and which monthly plan fits. Or nothing, if you'd rather stop.
In detail
What a post means when we say it.
“Eight posts” can mean eight stock photos with a caption bolted on. Here is what it means here.
Eight posts
Not eight stock photos with a caption bolted on. Each one is built from your food, your room, and what you have going on that week.
- Your photos edited properly, or a graphic designed from scratch when there aren't any
- A caption written for your menu and the way you actually talk
- Hashtags and location tags picked for your city, not copied off a list
- Cropped for the feed so nothing important sits under the profile grid
One Reel
The single format that still puts a restaurant in front of people who have never heard of it.
- Cut from clips you film on your phone, with a shot list if you want one
- A hook inside two seconds, because that is where people leave
- Captions burned in, since most of the room is watching on mute
- Audio picked the week it runs, not three months late
Posted for you
You never open a scheduling tool. The work lands on your account at the hours your customers are on their phone.
- Instagram, on your own account, under your own name
- Manager access through Meta Business Suite, which you can revoke in two taps
- Scheduled around your service, so nothing posts at 3pm on a Saturday rush
- You see the full two weeks before the first post runs
What we need back
This is the entire ask. Owners overestimate it every time, which is usually why they never started.
- Fifteen minutes on the phone in the first two days
- Photos from your camera roll, if you have any. If you don't, we cover it.
- A text when the special changes
- That is it. Roughly twenty minutes across two weeks.
Examples
Read the captions, not just the photos.
Anyone can post a good-looking plate. The writing is what makes someone book a table on a Tuesday.

Thursday special
The double smash is back on Thursdays. Two patties, aged cheddar, house pickles, and the sauce we still refuse to explain. Kitchen runs till 10, though these rarely make it past 9.

New on the menu
New behind the bar: the Ember. Mezcal, blood orange, a little smoke, and a peel we light in front of you because we can. Happy hour is 4 to 6, every day but Sunday.

Behind the pass
6:47 on a Friday. Twelve tickets up, nobody talking, everything moving. Thanks for the room this week. Same time next Friday?
Sample captions written for a fictional restaurant, to show the voice and the format. The photographs illustrate the style and quality we produce and are not images of past client work.

Before you buy
The things owners ask us first.
If yours isn’t here, put it on the call. We answer straight, including when the answer is no.
We don't have any good photos. Is that a problem?
No, and most kitchens don't. We design graphics for the first few posts and send you a short list of shots to grab on your phone between services. If you want proper photography, a half day on location is a $450 add-on, but nobody needs it to start.
Do I have to give you my Instagram password?
Never. You add us as a manager inside Meta Business Suite and you can remove us in two taps. The account, the followers, and every post stay yours whatever happens after the two weeks.
What if the captions don't sound like us?
Tell us and we rewrite them. Tuning the voice is most of what the first week is for, and it is a lot easier to do against a real post than in a questionnaire.
Our specials change every week. Can you keep up?
Yes, and it is the fastest thing we do. Text us the special and we build the post around it. Restaurants that do this get noticeably better results than ones that send us nothing.
Will this actually bring people through the door in two weeks?
Honestly, two weeks is long enough to see reach, saves, and profile visits move. It is not long enough to prove a revenue lift, and anyone telling you otherwise is selling. What the trial buys you is a real look at the work before you commit to a month of it.
What happens on day 15?
You get the snapshot and a straight recommendation on which monthly plan fits, including "none yet" if that is the answer. Convert within 7 days and your $99 comes off the first month. If you'd rather stop, you stop, and nothing renews.
Is $99 really the whole price?
Yes. One payment, no subscription started quietly behind it, nothing to cancel. If it is not right, tell us any time inside the two weeks and we refund the $99 in full.
Two weeks from now, your feed is full.
Or it looks exactly like it does today. That is the whole decision, and it costs $99 to settle it.
For new clients only. Refundable in full for 14 days.
